One lovely day this September, Cedar Valley's Career Services stopped by to help us determine our goals realistically. First, they had us do a visualization exercise where we wrote down where we wanted to be in ten years. A picture should be provided below. They asked me to think about... where I wanted to live, how I wanted to live, how I wanted my downtime to be. Then, they taught us the acronym of SMART goals, which I am finding really helpful in my goal-setting process.
